The Rye Society of Artists don’t look at Google Analytics at all so decided to completely remove the visitor tracking and negate the requirement for a cookie banner.
On a similar vein, they also asked us to make the required changes to host Google fonts on their own website so as to not require users downloading them from Google’s servers which leaks visitor’s IP addresses without prior consent.
We’ve also installed and configured security plugins (including Wordfence, Deny All Firewall and Block wp-login) for them as none were present!
