- Have you turned off all other plugins to make sure the issue is being caused by one of our plugins?
- Do you have the latest version(s) of our plugin(s) installed?
- Have you checked that your Custom CSS is not causing the issue?
- Does your issue remain even when the latest, original version of your parent theme is active and not a child or modified theme?
- Invoicing – We are not VAT registered so there is no VAT invoice to send you and you can use your PayPal receipt and / or purchase confirmation email for your accounts.

How to install a plugin .zip file?
