Plugin Update Bug

We are aware of an issue that some are experiencing when updating to the latest versions of our plugins. The new versions are there to fix this issue but in a rare situation (where the update is the only plugin update waiting to be applied on a site) you may see the following error …

Error message: Uncaught Error: Attempt to modify property "response" on false in /wp-content/plugins/{plugin-slug}-premium/includes/class-{plugin-slug}-premium.php on line 131

To fix this issue, please visit our Downloads page and re-install the latest version of the relevant plugin. There is a video on the page to help you if you have any issues.

Please note that deactivating / deleting our plugins and uploading / activating them again will not lose your settings but as always, it’s best to run a full filesystem and database backup just to be on the safe side.

So far we are only aware of four instances of this issue and it only affects websites that don’t have any other plugins with updates waiting to be applied.
