Expandable Submenus Option on WordPress Navigation Block

Added an option to the WordPress Navigation Block to allow submenus shown on the mobile modal to be expanded and collapsed on click when using our Options for Block Themes plugin. Thanks to Hans-Gerd Gerhards for requesting the feature.
