Reported an issue adding recommended lines to .htaccess to enable .css.gz and .js.gz with Merge + Minify + Refresh plugin

    We have updated our Deny All Firewall plugin to automatically add rules into .htaccess to serve Gzip compressed CSS and JS files when available.
